TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS

• All products are pre-owned luxury items, selected and authenticated with care.
  
• Minor signs of wear, patina, or natural aging are inherent to second-hand goods and do not constitute defects.
  
• Product images are illustrative; exact appearance may vary.
  

2. PRICES & VAT

• Prices are in Euros (€) and include normal VAT.
  
• Shipping fees and any applicable import duties for international clients are the buyer’s responsibility.
  

3. ORDERS

• Orders are confirmed upon full payment and issuance of a confirmation email.
  
• SAC POPULAIRE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, abnormal purchasing patterns, or payment issues.
  
• High-value purchases may require identity verification prior to shipment.
  

4. PAYMENT

• Payment is via secure providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  
• Full payment is required before shipment. Ownership transfers only after payment confirmation.
  

5. SHIPPING

• Products are shipped via secure carriers with tracking.
  
• Signature may be required for high-value items.
  
• Insurance is included for high-value items; buyer assumes risk at delivery.
  
• Estimated delivery times are indicative; SAC POPULAIRE is not liable for carrier delays or customs clearance.
  

6. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY 

SAC POPULAIRE prioritizes trust and protection for high-value luxury items.

• EU Consumers Withdrawal Right: You may request withdrawal within 14 days only if:
  • The product is returned in its original condition
  • No signs of additional wear, handling, or cleaning
  • All tags, certificates, and packaging remain intact
    
• SAC POPULAIRE may inspect the returned item. If the product shows any sign of damage, alteration, or use beyond normal inspection, the return may be partially or fully refused, and no refund issued. 

• Promotional products, gifts, and items offered free of charge or at a discounted rate as part of a promotion (“Promotional Products”) are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is non-compliant or defective.

• Refunds are issued within 14 days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  

7. LEGAL GUARANTEE

• Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under French law.
  
• Given the unique nature of pre-owned luxury, replacements are rarely possible; a refund may be issued where legally required.
  
• SAC POPULAIRE is not responsible for natural wear or minor imperfections inherent to pre-owned goods.
  

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SAC POPULAIRE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.
