1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS

All products are pre-owned luxury items, selected and authenticated with care.
Minor signs of wear, patina, or natural aging are inherent to second-hand goods and do not constitute defects.
Product images are illustrative; exact appearance may vary.

2. PRICES & VAT

Prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. (20% for France and EU orders, 0% for orders to the rest of the world).
Shipping fees and any applicable import duties for international clients are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. ORDERS

Orders are confirmed upon full payment and issuance of a confirmation email.
SAC POPULAIRE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, abnormal purchasing patterns, or payment issues.
High-value purchases may require identity verification prior to shipment.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is via secure providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Full payment is required before shipment. Ownership transfers only after payment confirmation.

5. SHIPPING

Products are shipped via secure carriers with tracking.
Signature may be required for high-value items.
Parcel delivery insurances are available at check out provided by courrier providers.
Estimated delivery times are indicative; SAC POPULAIRE is not liable for carrier delays or customs clearance.

6. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

SAC POPULAIRE prioritizes trust and protection for high-value luxury items.

EU Consumers Withdrawal Right: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unaltered, uncleaned, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
We inspect every return. If the item shows signs of wear, damage, cleaning, or handling beyond normal inspection, the refund may be reduced or declined. We’ll notify you of the outcome within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Submit a return request at sac-populaire.com/return-request within 14 days of delivery. If your order is eligible for returns, you will receive instructions under 48 hours with shipping adress to send your parcel to.
We inspect every return. If the item shows signs of wear, damage, cleaning, or handling beyond normal inspection, the refund may be reduced or declined. We’ll notify you of the outcome within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or does not match its listing description..

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of inspection.
The 14-day statutory withdrawal right applies to EU customers only. For customers outside the EU, returns are accepted only if the item does not match its listing description. Approved returns are refunded as store credit. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Items that have been worn, altered, cleaned, or returned without original packaging and certificates are not eligible for a refund.

7. LEGAL GUARANTEE

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under French law.
Given the unique nature of pre-owned luxury, replacements are rarely possible; a refund may be issued where legally required.
SAC POPULAIRE is not responsible for natural wear or minor imperfections inherent to pre-owned goods.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SAC POPULAIRE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or relating to a purchase on sac-populaire.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the buyer’s country of residence.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & MEDIATION

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@sac-populaire.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

If no resolution is reached, EU consumers may refer the dispute to a certified consumer mediator free of charge. In accordance with Articles L.611-1 and R.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, we designate the following mediator:

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
