Before you submit, please note:

Eligibility
Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unaltered, uncleaned, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

What happens next
We’ll confirm your request by email within 48 hours and send you the return shipping address and instructions.

Return shipping
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is defective or doesn’t match its listing. We recommend using an insured, tracked service — we can’t process refunds for items lost in return transit.

Inspection & refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration beyond normal inspection, the refund may be reduced or declined. We’ll notify you of the outcome.

Non-EU customers
The 14-day statutory withdrawal right applies to EU customers only. For customers outside the EU, returns are accepted only if the item does not match its listing description. Approved returns are refunded as store credit.
