- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- High-value items may require identity verification before shipment.
- You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order is dispatched.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
- All orders are shipped via secure, insured carriers.
- Signature upon delivery may be required for high-value items.
- Items not under pre-order are shipped under 2 business days.
- Pre-order items are shipped under 15 business days.
- Delivery times are indicative and depend on destination and carrier performance:
- France & EU: 2–7 business days
- International: 5–15 business days
3. SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and insurance coverage.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can monitor the shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
5. RISK & RESPONSIBILITY
- Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery, except for items lost or damaged during transit if insured.
- SAC POPULAIRE is not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or force majeure events.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Shipping insurances can be bought at check-out.
- In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@sac-populaire.com with the tracking number and photos if applicable.
- Claims will be handled promptly in cooperation with the carrier.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- SAC POPULAIRE ships worldwide.
- Customers outside the EU are responsible for import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.
