1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
High-value items may require identity verification before shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order is dispatched.

All orders are shipped via secure, insured carriers.
Signature upon delivery may be required for high-value items.
In-stock items are dispatched under 2 business days.
Pre-order items are dispatched under 15 business days.
Delivery times are indicative and depend on destination and carrier performance:
- France & EU: 2–7 business days
- International: 5–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and insurance coverage.
Our prices do not include import duties. Sac Populaire ships from Paris — no import duties apply within the EU. For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are collected by your delivery provider upon arrival and must be paid before your order is released. These charges vary by country and are outside our control.

Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery, except for items lost or damaged during transit if insured.
SAC POPULAIRE is not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or force majeure events.

Shipping insurances are available at additional costt at check-out.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, please let us known right away at contact@sac-populaire.com with the tracking number and photos if applicable.We will coordinate withthe carrier and update you within 48 hours.
